At Kites Adventure World, safety is our top priority. Our team of skilled mountaineers, paratroopers, MMA experts, motor sports experts, Nordic alpinists, and backpackers is dedicated to ensuring that every adventure activity is conducted with the highest safety standards. We follow internationally recognized safety protocols and implement strict guidelines to provide a secure yet exhilarating experience.
1. General Safety Rules
- Qualified Instructors: All activities are supervised by certified professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields.
- Mandatory Safety Gear: Participants must wear helmets, harnesses, gloves, and other protective equipment as required.
- Health & Fitness Check: A basic health screening is conducted before participation in physically demanding activities. Any medical conditions should be disclosed in advance.
- Briefing & Training: Every participant undergoes a detailed safety briefing and training session before engaging in any adventure activity.
- Emergency Response Plan: Our team is trained in first aid and emergency rescue procedures to handle any unexpected situations.
2. Adventure Sports-Specific Safety Measures
A. Ziplining & High Rope Activities
- All zipline cables and pulleys are regularly inspected for durability and strength.
- Participants must be secured with a double-locking carabiner system to ensure safety.
- Trained instructors supervise every ride, ensuring proper technique and posture.
B. Rock Climbing & Mountaineering
- Only UIAA-certified climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners) is used.
- A belay system is always in place to prevent falls.
- Climbers receive training on techniques and emergency procedures before ascending.
C. MMA & Self-Defense Training
- Protective gear, such as gloves, shin guards, and mouthguards, is compulsory.
- Sessions are conducted under expert supervision to prevent injuries.
- Warm-up and cooldown exercises are mandatory to avoid muscle strain.
D. Motor Sports & Off-Road Adventure
- Riders must wear DOT-approved helmets, body armor, and gloves.
- Vehicles (ATVs, dirt bikes, etc.) are inspected before every ride.
- Only trained riders are allowed on high-difficulty tracks.
E. Nordic & Extreme Winter Adventures
- Participants must wear cold-weather gear to prevent hypothermia.
- Avalanche-prone areas are strictly avoided, and emergency beacons are provided.
- Snow trekking and skiing are conducted only in safe, marked zones.
3. Environmental & Ethical Safety
- Leave No Trace Policy: Participants must respect nature by disposing of waste responsibly.
- Wildlife Interaction: No feeding or disturbing wildlife during outdoor excursions.
- Fire Safety: Controlled campfires are permitted only in designated areas.
4. Emergency Protocols
- First Aid Stations are available at all activity points.
- Communication Devices: Instructors carry *radio communication devices* for quick response.
- Evacuation Plan: Emergency evacuation plans are in place for remote adventure locations.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Follow all instructions given by the guides.
- Sign a liability waiver before engaging in high-risk activities.
- Avoid participating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
